How much does shipping cost?

We offer all customers Free Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax.

 

How to track your order?

Locate your tracking email.

You will receive an email titled "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way" (check your spam folder if you can't find it)

Tracking Number. In this email, you will find your tracking number. It's very common to have multiple tracking numbers, and each unique tracking number will be separated by a comma.

Tracking Site. Once you've found your tracking number(s), head to our tracking website here, paste your numbers in the text box and click 'Track'

Errors. If your tracking number isn't working, please allow 3-4 days from the initial email for your tracking to update. If it still isn't working, email us at support@chipped.tech.

 

Chipped.tech Utilizes Standard Shipping - To maintain our free shipping, we use economical shipping options based on your and the item's location and the size of the order. If coming from an international location, once the parcel reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local carrier for the final leg of delivery.

Shipping times vary based on the individual item and destination. We aim to have products delivered as soon as possible, but in some cases shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Refund Policy

We may refund, or replace an item on a case by case basis. Please send your return request, along with an image and description of the issue to support@chipped.tech.

By placing an order with us, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Refunds are issued on the same method of payment used to make the purchase. We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
